All the innovation, excitement, energy, networking, brainstorming and massive creativity that is SXSW 2020 begins on Friday, March 13 — so this year’s event is just 17 days away.

As the countdown to March Magic continues, today’s focus is the BBQ Crash Course, which runs from 11am to 3pm on Friday, March 13.

The BBQ Crash Course is a rare opportunity to sample some of Central Texas’ greatest and realest barbecue all in one spot, delivered to you by the men and women who make it day in and day out — come and meet the pitmasters. Each ticket includes more BBQ than you can eat, a drink ticket, dessert (banana pudding, cobbler, and Blue Bell) and some serious bragging rights. Plus great tunes from the Austin’s Beaver Nelson.

The BBQ Crash Course is open to all SXSW badgeholders who pay a small additional fee. If you have already purchased your badge and you would like to add this event to your March 13 schedule, then log into your cart via SXSocial — and you’ll see the option to buy a BBQ Crash Course ticket.

Learn more about SXSW 2020 by browsing the online schedule. Use the search bar at the top right corner of this interface to locate the content that interests you the most.
