The fast-growing cannabis industry has emerged as of the most intriguing markets for founders, startups and entrepreneurs. According to a recent report from the Brightfield Group, the international market for the many applications of this plant could reach more than $31 billion by 2021.

Learn more about the many opportunities and the many challenges for the years ahead at the first-ever Austin Cannabis Entrepreneur (ACE) Conference, which is scheduled on April 19–20 at the Hyatt Regency.

Keynote speaker for ACE 2018 is Troy Dayton who co-founded the cannabis investment and research firm the Arcview Group in 2010 and currently serves as CEO. This company created the Arcview Investor Network where more than 600 high net-worth investors have pumped more than $150 million into 165 cannabis-related ventures and raised more than $3 million for the legalization effort. Fortune Magazine, Details Magazine, and International Business Times have named Dayton to their Top 10 lists of most influential people in the cannabis industry.

Other speakers confirmed for ACE 2018 include Mark Bolton (former Director of Marijuana Policy for Gov. John Hickenlooper of Colorado), R. David Brown (Coastal Cannabis Consulting), Rachel Feferman (Project Manager, Cannabis Industry), Emily Paxhia (Founding Partner and Director of Relations, Poseidon Asset Management) and Tahira Rehmatullah (Managing Director, MTech Acquisition Corp). More speakers announced shortly.

Tickets for the two-day Austin Cannabis Entrepreneur Conference cost just $75. Or pay $110 and you also receive a Three Day Wristband to the 2018 Austin Reggae Festival, which runs April 20–22 at Auditorium Shores.
