Beat the October 21 SXSW Deadline!

The Forrest Four-Cast: October 20, 2016

Badge prices increase for SXSW 2017 at the end of the day on Friday, October 21. So, beat this deadline to save up to $400 on the walkup price for March 10–19 in Austin. Four important reasons for you to be at the 2017 event are as follows:

  1. New tracks. SXSW 2017 features 24 total tracks covering a wide variety of interests for 21st century digital innovators. Some of the new tracks that we have added for next spring include “Design,” “Experiential Storytelling,” “Journalism,” and “Tech Industry.” Read this post on Medium to learn how these tracks reflect the trends we expect to be most significant in March.
  2. New badge functionality. The divisions that once separated the Interactive, Music and Film industries are now largely irrelevant. For 2017, we’ve revised our badge structure to reflect the inter-connected nature of these three industries. Watch this short video to learn more about how this new badge structure for the 2017 event improves your SXSW experience.
  3. New networking opportunities. The ability to connect with thought-leaders and first-adopters from a variety of industries has always been one of the best aspects of March Magic in Austin. The new badge structure for the 2017 event will radically expand this feature, creating even more opportunities to meet the kinds of people who can help you achieve your career goals.
  4. New discoveries. SXSW helps you preview the future, empowering you to understand the brightest ideas and meet the world’s top young talent before they have hit the mainstream. Buying a badge is the best way for you to absorb all the mind-expanding information that this annual celebration of creativity has to offer.
