Catch Erin Gibson Oct 8 at BookPeople
The Forrest Four-Cast: October 5, 2018
SXSW alumni Erin Gibson will read and crack jokes at BookPeople on Monday, October 8, at 7:00 pm. She’s celebrating her new book “Feminasty,” which is her nickname on her podcast “Throwing Shade.” The Emmy-nominated Gibson also works on a Funny or Die web series and created the long-running “Gay of Thrones” TV show starring her real-life hair stylist, Jonathan Van Ness. Additionally, Gibson does a pretty mean Ivanka Trump impersonation.
Her collection of make-you-laugh-until-you-cry essays explores the insane things women put up with. Who can’t use a little humor with our well-deserved outrage?
