Austin Startup Week has come and gone, but there are still plenty of tech-related events to fill the calendar of digital creatives in Central Texas.

Saturday, October 21 brings ContentATX to Galvanize (119 Nueces Street). A day-long conference focused on storytelling, this event is geared to content creators and entrepreneurs who use writing, video, photos, podcasting, blogging, books, social media and other creative ways to tell a story.

Sessions for ContentATX include Building a Brand by Blogging (Jane Ko, founder of A Taste of Koko), Livestreaming (Yusuf Chowdhury, founder of Online Business Owners), S.E.O. Strategies (also Yusuf Chowdhury), Podcasting 101 (Todd Nevins, founder of CLICKPlacement), The Power of Pictures (Andrea Genevieve Townson, owner at Andrea Genevieve Creative), How to Generate Good P.R (Dave Manzer of Manzer Communications) and On Writing Well (Laura Lorek, host of the Ideas to Invoices Podcast).

The keynote will be delivered Michelle Breyer, co-founder of Texture Media and author of the just-published “The Curl Revolution.” She will talk about her entrepreneurial journey, her new book and the role storytelling has played in her success. Breyer’s keynote is scheduled for 12:30–1:30 pm.

Tickets for ContentATX are priced at $30, while sponsorships are available for $125. The event is organized and presented by Silicon Hills News.
