Habits of Successful Startups on Sept 28
The Forrest Four-Cast: September 24, 2017
Some of the city’s top investors will participate on a special “Habits of Highly Successful Startups” panel at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 28 at Impact Hub in Austin (5540 N Lamar Blvd).
Speakers for this session include Rajiv Bala (Principal, S3 Ventures), Tom Ball (Co-Founder/Managing Director, Next Coast Ventures), Morgan Flager (General Partner, Silverton Partners; pictured above), Matt McDonnell, (Partner, Notley Ventures) and Krishna Srinivasan (General Partner, LiveOak Venture Partners).
Amongst other topics, the panel will address how founders should approach VCs. It will also focus on what makes a company investable as well as what you should (and shouldn’t) do when building preparing to pitch your new venture to investors. Additionally, attendees will learn about the areas and industries Austin VC’s find ripe for disruption and investment — and why.
