March 10: Community Service Awards
Sunday, March 10 brings the 20th annual SXSW Community Service Awards to the Onyx Ballroom at the Line Hotel (111 East Cesar Chavez). This year’s ceremony starts with a light brunch at 10:00 am.
The SXSW Community Service Awards honor six individuals and six organizations. For 2019, these honorees include:

Also, the SXSW Community Service Award are free free free to attend.
In other words, you do not need a SXSW badge to take part in this heart-warming, soul-touching ceremony of the people and organizations who are doing great things to make the world a better place.
