The evening of Monday, October 29 brings the 2nd annual Austin Blockchain Collective Town Hall Meeting & Showcase to Capital Factory (701 Brazos Street). This event runs from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The Austin Blockchain Collective Town Hall provides a great opportunity to learn more about the many companies and the many ongoing projects that are using this new technology to enhance the Central Texas ecosystem.

As part of this October 29 event, Chris Valentine will talk about how blockchain-related startups can get involved with SXSW Pitch 2019. Deadline for entering this competition is end of the day on Thursday, November 15. As part of his presentation, a free badge for SXSW 2019 will be given away to one lucky attendee.

The Austin Blockchain Collective Town Hall on October 29 is free and open to the public. But you must register in advance to attend.

If you want more compelling content on this topic, then attend the “Blockchain & Cryptocurrency” track at SXSW 2019. This track is scheduled from Thursday, March 14 through Saturday, March 16.
