PanelPicker = Community Focus
Such a powerful tool for connecting with our audience!
In my first and second post about the 2023 PanelPicker process, I’ve somehow avoided the most important question of all. Why does SXSW use this interface to pull together so much of its Conference-related content?
The answer to this question is simple: Community.
The PanelPicker allows us to better understand what topics, subjects, issues and new developments are most important to the SXSW audience. This interface allows us to showcase the innovative new ideas of up-and-coming thought leaders, as well as more established voices. Finally, this interface allows us to engage with creative mind in a variety of different verticals and industries, thereby helping us constantly evolve and re-invent the map of compelling content for March in Austin.
