See Sheryl Sandberg at the me Convention
The Forrest Four-Cast: September 11, 2017
From September 15–17, Frankfurt, Germany hosts the first-ever me Convention. The event features an impressive lineup of ahead-of-the-curve speakers, including an opening day keynote conversation between Sheryl Sandberg (Chief Operating Officer at Facebook) and Dr. Dieter Zetsche (Head of the Mercedes-Benz Cars Division).
A collaborative effort between Mercedes-Benz and SXSW, the me Convention brings together experts from the creative, design and technology industries for a critical dialogue about the future. In addition to three days of expert talks, inspiring keynotes, workshops, interactive labs, and art installations, the event features special evening programming that will be held throughout the historic city center.
Beyond the keynote conversation with Sandberg and Zetsche, other top me Convention speakers include Buzz Aldrin (astronaut), Hans Ulrich Obrist (Serpentine Galleries), Guy Kawasaki (Canva), whurley (Honest Dollar), Miriam Meckel (WirtschaftsWoche), Katherine Maher (Wikimedia), Andrew Keen (author), Moira Gunn (Tech Nation), Sasha Samochina (NASA Jet Propulsion Lab), Josh Rubin (Cool Hunting), Danny Shapiro (NVIDIA), Amy Vernetti (Google Moonshots), Dr Sarah Richardson (MicroByre), Tim Leberecht (author) and many more.
As for my participation in the Frankfurt festivities, I am thrilled to be serving as one of the two emcees along with Rasheq Zarif from the Lab1886 Mercedes-Benz incubator in Sunnyvale
Evening events at me Convention include shows from Beth Ditto and Iggy Azalea, plus assorted other special guests at the various Urban Hotspots.
