On Wednesday evening, September 12 at Pershing (2415 East 5th St), the Austin Cybersecurity Demo Night brings together several of the city’s leading companies in this space to discuss the most current cyber issues and showcase the latest technologies to combat cybercrime.

Startups participating in this event include Groove.id, SpyCloud, and Threatcare. The event is being organized by Manifest, which is a large group of security veterans who live and work in Austin. The event is free — RSVP here to ensure your spot.

The Austin Cybersecurity Demo Night is one of several cybersecurity-focused events this week in Central Texas.

Also on Wednesday, September 12 is “Building Effective Cyber Defense,Detection & Mitigation” which is presented by the Austin Technology Council. Meanwhile, on the evening of Tuesday, September 11, the Austin Forum tackles “Cybersecurity: Surviving and Thriving in a Connected World.”
