Sept 6 Deadline for SXSW 2019 Grants
The deadline for applying for the 2019 SXSW Community Service Awards is fast-approaching. Finalize your application before the end of the day on Thursday, September 6 to be eligible for a minimum $4000 grant, as well as a complimentary registration to SXSW 2019.
The SXSW Community Service Awards honor six individuals who are doing outstanding work in their local ecosystems. Additionally, the SXSW Community Service Awards honor six organizations who are likewise making significant contributions to their area of focus. The organization grantees are chosen based on their connection to one of the following aspects of SXSW: Interactive, Film, Music, EDU, or Gaming.
2019 SXSW Community Service Award honorees will be recognized at a special ceremony on Sunday, March 9.
