Startup-Focused Office Hours: Dec 11
The Forrest Four-Cast: December 8, 2018
Entrepreneurs, founders and investors who want to fully leverage the power of the SXSW 2019 platform should plan on attending the Tuesday, December 11 edition of Office Hours at Capital Factory in Austin.
Dhinuka Perera from SXSW will be answering all your startup-related questions on Tuesday, December 11. Perera is the person who organizes the popular “Entrepreneurship and Startups” track (March 8–12), as well as the “Tech Industry & Enterprise” track (March 8–13).
He can also answer your questions about SXSW Release It, which is a competition for both startups and established companies which are launching new products and services in March. The entry deadline for SXSW Release It is end of the day on Thursday, January 17.
Additionally, if you stop by on December 11, then you can put your name in a drawing to win these four startup-focused books by authors who have been participants in the SXSW Book Reading program:
- Good Is the New Cool: Market Like You Give a Damn Hardcover by Afdhel Aziz and Bobby Jones.
- Hustle: The Power to Charge Your Life with Money, Meaning and Momentum by Neil Patel, Patrick Vlaskovits, Jonas Koffler.
- Non-Obvious 2018 Edition: How To Predict Trends And Win The Future by Rohit Bhargava.
- Smaller Faster Lighter Denser Cheaper: How Innovation Keeps Proving the Catastrophists Wrong Hardcover by Robert Bryce.
If you can’t make it to this week’s edition of SXSW Office Hours, know that this series will continue every Tuesday at Capital Factory until late February. We know you have questions and we are here to help you with answers!
