SXSW at Nov 13 Hyperledger Meet Up

The next edition of the Austin Blockchain Technology & Hyperledger Meet Up is scheduled for Tuesday, November 13 at 6:30 pm in the MobilityX room on the first floor of Capital Factory (701 Brazos St).
The November 13 event will particularly focus on blockchain and manufacturing. This new technology can help alleviate many manufacturing pain points. Its distributed functionality, hardcoded security measures, and smart contracts can help manufacturers quickly trace goods, manage records more transparently, and automate supply chain processes and payments.
The main presenter on Tuesday, November 13 is Yueming Xu, the Principal Solutions Architect at TIBCO Software. In his role at TIBCO, Xu has developed numerous blockchain technology innovations for B2B and IoT applications.
The November 13 meet up will also preview the Blockchain & Cryptocurrency track for SXSW 2019. This new track runs Thursday, March 14 through Saturday, March 16 and includes industry experts such as Ashwini Anburajan (22X Fund), Joseph Lubin (ConsenSys), Neha Narula (MIT Media Lab), David Schwartz (Ripple), Jimmy Song (Blockchain Capital), Tara Tan (IDEO), and Bradley Tusk (Tusk Holdings).
