When do badge sales begin for SXSW 2018?
Badge sales begin at 10:00 am CDT on Tuesday morning, August 1.
Why is is so important for me to register on Tuesday, August 1?
Many of the most convenient downtown hotel rooms will sell out quickly. Buy your badge on August 1 to have the most options for where you stay when you are in Austin in March.

When do badge prices increase?
The early-bird registration rate runs through the end of the day on Friday, September 8. Badge prices continue to increase as we get closer to March.
