Indeed, these technologies are expected to have breakthrough years in 2018, driven by leading technology companies including Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Facebook, and realize by an explosive growth in applications from creative software startups and companies developing applications for these now affordable, powerful technology platforms.
Speakers for this event Patrick Curry (FarBridge) and Frank Roan (HookBang). Curry’s September 2016 presentation on the power and potential of VR remains one of the best-ever lectures at the Austin Forum.

The new home of the Austin Forum is the Austin Central Library at 710 West Cesar Chavez St. Plenty of onsite parking and in nearby lots. Doors open at 5:45 pm and the presentation begins at 6:15 pm. Networking occurs at 7:30 pm when the presentation concludes.
